Return & Refund Policy
At Revival Timberworks, every project and product is crafted with intention, precision, and care. Due to the custom nature of much of our work, our return policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards for architectural millwork and specialty fabrication.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most Revival Timberworks products are custom-designed and fabricated to order. As a result:
Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom millwork
Architectural components
Timber framing elements
Built-to-spec material packages
Fabrication and installation services
Approval of shop drawings, specifications, or written authorization constitutes final acceptance of design and scope.
Standard / Stock Products (If Applicable)
If a product is explicitly identified as a standard or stock item, the following may apply:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unmodified, and in original condition
A restocking fee may apply
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing
Returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to any refund being issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
Do not install or alter the item prior to approval
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or partial/full refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to fabrication with written confirmation
Once materials are ordered or fabrication begins, cancellations may incur costs already committed
Design retainers and consultation fees are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
